Role Purpose | The Expert – Brand & Creativity at Zain Omantel International (ZOI) will lead our brand’s strategic positioning and creative direction, focusing on strengthening our B2B relationships within the wholesale telecommunications industry. This role requires a dynamic blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and graphic design skills, with a deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence and engagement across our primary marketing channels — ensuring that our brand messaging and visuals are consistent, impactful, and effectively tailored to our wholesale business partners and clients. | ||||

1. Brand Strategy Development | Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy tailored to the B2B wholesale market, focusing on brand positioning, voice, and messaging that resonates with our business clients and partners.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of our B2B audience, leveraging insights to refine and enhance brand strategies.
Lead the creative direction for all marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand strategy and appeal to our B2B audience.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce innovative and engaging content for our website, social media channels, newsletters, and events. |

2. Social Media and Digital Marketing | Oversee the management of our social media profiles, curating content that fosters engagement and strengthens our brand within the wholesale telecommunications community.
Utilize graphic design software to create compelling layouts, infographics, and visual narratives that enhance our promotional materials.
Oversee the aesthetic aspects of the website and social media, ensuring that they are visually appealing to our target audience.
Work closely with event planners to develop creative themes and visuals for corporate events, enhancing the overall attendee experience.
Utilize SEO and content marketing strategies to enhance our website’s visibility and relevance to our B2B audience, driving traffic and engagement. Develop and oversee a regular newsletter schedule, crafting content that informs, educates, and engages our B2B clients and partners on industry trends, company news, and product offerings.
Employ direct marketing techniques to personalize communication and strengthen relationships with key business clients and partners.
Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of brand and creative strategies, using data to make informed adjustments and optimize performance across all channels. |

3. Event Management and Networking | Support the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and webinars that cater to our wholesale clients and partners, ensuring a memorable brand experience.
Leverage events as a platform for networking, brand promotion, and establishing thought leadership within the industry.
Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience and message across all touchpoints with our B2B audience.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in B2B marketing, telecommunications, and creative strategies, incorporating innovative ideas and technologies to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
